This is a GREAT quote- and a good concept- the hard part of course is that often, people who disagree don't want to listen to reasons or excuses or whatever it is that's different. It may be hard to feel you have to "defend" one's beliefs or have to find a way to "prove" they are correct. It is hard to listen and really think- and possibly even change your own thoughts. The really important thing is to take the time to consider- consider that you do not know everything- you don't have all the answerrs and hey- there may be a better way of doing something. A disagreement may be that opportunity to find that other way. So, IF YOU DISAGREE, TELL ME WHY.
