Poland for the First Time

A view of my hotel room- kinda basic like a dorm room- but also some new and creative features . . . the TV is also the computer monitor, your room key must be inserted into a wall receiver which in turns allows electricity to work in the room- so that when you leave and take your key- everything is turned off- saving electricity and making sure you cannot forget your key! The room was small but very well laid out and efficient. The biggest difference between Europe and North America is space- we have more and demand more- is it really that important?

The opportunity arose to have me travel to Wroclaw, Poland.
After a 9 hour long flight through Munich, Germany and another 1.5 hour flight, we landed in Wroclaw. Good news! There was no snow on the ground and the weather was better than at home.
